Our Story

Our primary business at Calendar Club, L.L.C. is supporting seasonal specialty stores by marketing a large variety of calendars, games, puzzles, gifts, and music boxes. Our brands include Calendar Club, Go! Games, Go! Toys, and San Francisco Music Box Company. You’ll find our stores in malls and outlet centers all over the world, ranging in size from a small freestanding kiosk to a 6,000 square foot multi-concept superstore.

In partnerships, Calendar Club operates additional calendar locations in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. From its warehouse in Austin, the company distributes products to almost a thousand other stores associated with Barnes and Noble. Since 1995, Calendar Club has been a member of the B&N family, which includes Barnes & Noble superstores and Gamestop.

Calendar Club started in 1993, with 62 stores. We are headquartered in Austin, Texas and led by Marc Winkelman, CEO, Paul Hoffman, COO and Jim Hull, CFO. Over the years, we have won local and national awards and recognition for our innovative retailing, growth, and use of retail technology.
