Owner/Operator Job Description
As an Owner/Operator working with Calendar Club LLC, you will be running your own store. You will have the added support of the headquarters team based in Austin, Texas. Your primary responsibilities are:
- Work with both the shopping center and headquarters before store opening date, establishing procedures and relevant dates.
- Hire a staff. The more you work in the store, the more money you will make. Your major expense will be payroll.
- Set up the fixtures and open the store.
- Offer great customer service.
- Keep store looking great. Stay in stock on bestsellers using tools provided.
- Protect your inventory and your cash.
- Talk to headquarters about any issues that may arise.
- Close the store a month or so after Christmas, return the fixtures and remaining inventory to Austin, Texas warehouse. Once your store is closed, a financial reconciliation occurs which completes the process.
