During this process we will provide the best in training and support. All of the necessary information is provided in a series of manuals and on the SRV exchange website.

  • Plan-o-grams – how to merchandise your store
  • Graphics guide – how to make your store attract customers

You will also have access to SRV Exchange. This is a 24 hour online service that contains documents, instructions and contact information for support that you may need during the holiday season.

In addition to the manuals and SRV Exchange we will also provide support and training through our Store Operations in-house department. Each individual operator will be assigned a Store Operations Representative who will be your main contact to answer any questions that you may have and provide direction throughout the operation process.

All technical issues that may arise will be handled by our Help Desk support team.
