The San Francisco Music Box Company was founded in 1978 and is one of the largest retailers of musical gifts in the world. The first store was opened in San Francisco’s bustling Pier 39 boardwalk.

In 2003 The San Francisco Music Box Company was purchased by Calendar Club L.L.C. We feature products that are exclusive to SFMB including water globes, carousels and Italian inlaid wood music boxes. San Francisco Music Box Company carries several products that are considered collectibles. Products feature some of our culture’s most popular musicals including Phantom of the Opera tm, Cats tm and Wizard of Oz. We also carry a selection of items featuring Harry Potter, I Love Lucy and Betty Boop.
